These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the hosting and domain reselling services provided by Codebun Hosting ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By purchasing or using our services, you ("the Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide web hosting and domain registration services through Codebun Hosting, available at codebunhosting.com. Our hosting services are powered by KnownHost, and domain registrations are managed through NameSilo. Additionally, we use Blesta as our billing and client management software. While we act as the primary point of contact for all services, certain operations, policies, and limitations may be subject to those of our upstream providers.

3. "Unlimited" Services

We may advertise certain features, such as storage, bandwidth, or add-on domains, as "unlimited." While we do not set predetermined limits, "unlimited" is subject to our Fair Usage Policy and is intended for typical personal or small business website hosting. Excessive or abusive use of these resources may lead to service restrictions.

What "Unlimited" Means:

• You can use resources for hosting legitimate websites, emails, and associated files without predefined caps.
• Fair use includes regular website operations such as blogs, e-commerce sites, or informational websites.

What "Unlimited" Does Not Mean:

• Resources cannot be used for file-sharing sites, media streaming, or archival storage of large files.
• Activities such as hosting backups, excessive databases, or using email accounts as storage repositories violate fair usage.
• Accounts consuming excessive server resources (e.g., CPU, RAM, or storage) that impact other users may be limited or terminated.

4. Storage Usage

Your total storage allocation applies to all data stored within your cPanel account, including website files, databases, email accounts, and backups. Clients must ensure that their total usage remains within reasonable operational limits. Monitoring storage usage via cPanel is the Client's responsibility.

5. Add-On Domains

The Advanced Plan includes unlimited add-on domains, allowing Clients to host multiple websites under a single account. Each domain must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and fair usage guidelines. Hosting excessive or unrelated domains that strain server resources may lead to restrictions or additional fees.

6. Account Setup and Use

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the account setup process is accurate and up-to-date. Misuse of services, including hosting malicious software, engaging in illegal activities, or other harmful behaviors, will result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.

7. Right to Suspend or Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If the account is found to be hosting or distributing malicious code, malware, viruses, or engaging in activities that threaten the security of our infrastructure or other clients.
• If there is evidence of illegal activities or misuse of services.
• If the account is in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.

8. Payment and Fees

Hosting and domain services are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during the signup process. All payments must be made in accordance with the chosen payment plan. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused services or early termination of the account. Clients are encouraged to review their requirements carefully before purchasing services.

9. Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups of client data for disaster recovery purposes, the Client is solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of content and files. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from account suspension, termination, or system failure.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

The Client agrees to use the hosting services in compliance with all applicable laws and not to engage in activities including but not limited to:

• Hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities.
• Distribution of illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
• Hosting adult content, hate speech, or any form of harassment.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Codebun Hosting be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or business interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the applicable service during the previous billing cycle.

12. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for providing services to you and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
